“Boston is a hard place to find housing.” Jihiel was referred to Navigator by a therapist and a liaison at her high school. Boston born and raised, she graduated from Boston Day and Evening Academy. In her early 20s, she was couch hopping and without a home when she started applying for lotteries using Housing Navigator MA and our bi-weekly email listings.
